It would seem that either no other NanoXplore insiders are interested in purchasing NanoXplore shares or the other company insiders are simply not permitted to purchase any amount of GRA.T shares during this particular period this year?

What exactly is going on with these two particular NanoXplore insiders?
Makes one wonder whether money is being lent by or on behalf of Mr. Rocco Marinaccio to Mr. Pierre-Yves Terrisse, so as to allow for Mr. Terrisse purchasing tranches of NanoXplore shares?
Whatever it is which would be afoot, it's somewhat supportive of the GRA.T share price.

I think 1Student, your are mistaken about the intention of those two insiders. First, the brought a small amount of stock likes someone that want to invest for long term. They probably put it  aside for when they will retire not because they heard that comming soon. They simply believe in the company long term prospects.  I guess if they knew something comming soon the amount of stock
