Still lots of work to do .
A project of this magnitude will need a lot of cooperation from all parties.
Noront may need to partner up soon to fund things unless we get this amazing turn around story in a couple of weeks
Timelines for an average mine is many years , one of this size is a ways off still.

Allen Coutts just sold some shares at 26 and a half and has acquired options at 17 cents. What does he know??

Coutts doesn't care about shareholders. He cares about runinng the show with the next new owner of the ROF mining rights. This is just a trauche generting pay cheque for him. This is so common with these penny stock mines except this one is really big...what a shame. Coutts knows who the new owners will be.
