Aecom is to wrap up their work by late 2020 { approx 12 months out }.
I dont know how you see this ? but i read it as within 12 months this stock should never be anywhere near $ 0.22 cents ever again . 
Once this road gets a start date after Aecoms works done then $1.00 , $2.00 , $3.00 to $5.00 is reasonable to see happen here.
The ROF generating $1 billion to $2 billion anually for up to 100 years is major major....
I still believe more nickle will be discovered , it too unusual for just one deposit of nickle to be found alone. its almost always found in two,s and three,s.

For the Nickel, its pretty common to find at least 1 or 2 other strains of elements nearby (Sudbury, Timmins and NICO to just name a few). As for the Aecom timeline, not sure - might be wishful, I always add a delay of 6 months for construction folks and a whole year if it has to go through winter. Depending how many years its gotta go through (shrugs)

Paydirt.....although I agree what NOT should and could be worth in 12 months time, the reality is the company doesn't have that kind of capital  required to build a mine. It requires cubic dollars which will be needed to finance the project. The result is to either partner up, or it will be sold off to another before that ever gets started. When that happens, we could only hope for
