In the release frank said that noront who had a first right of refusal to baeosteel has been recinded . Which means Noront can now offer chromite for sale to any U.S. firm first before the Chinese. That for kwg was the dumbest thing to tell anyone because it means Noront can sell directly into the states without offering to China. Kwg just acknowledged they now have Noront as thier competition to sell chromite to the states. Frank a real rocket scientist there.------ Kwg has right now, the coridor but a rail is still 7 years away from being built and used. What happens to the stock in the mean time while Noront is moving ahead and maybe making a deal long before kwg can to sell chromite to the U.S. ---And don't think that Noront can't truck chromite down a road just the way cliifs had said they would. A road that noront will be using long before a rail to truck thier nickle down as well in a few years. Real smart Frank.

It just makes no sense for Frank to shoot himself in the foot.  Have you seen this news of Baosteel being out of the loop before this?  Why would baosteel give up the rights?  Certainly not to trade their shares of Noront for CC?  Who was KWG targeting with their share trade?  This is getting interesting!

Yes ringer2 that is the question. Why would baosteel give up that right? Maybe for some off-take because they know that noront is the one that will be selling chromite and collecting revenue long before anyone else if they gave the rights up. The Chinese get some years before waiting for kwg to be minning.

I think Ringer you may have something there. A coupling of ccc route and noront chrome. Some kind of union to some degree will be needed to merge those two needs sometime in the future. Just who will own them when there being used is the question.

Ringer, with all due respect to you and other Not shareholders, i think Al Coutts owes its shareholders some kind of information release. In my experience, silence can be deafening and damaging. Usually if thet are holding back good news for what ever reason , they usually throw the masses a bit of a bone to chew on, if its bad news its usually just longer silence until something leaks or bursts

Agreed this seems like proprietary information has been leaked by KWG.  Nowhere was this Baosteel situation spoken of by Noront.  Noront needs to respond and set the facts straight.  At this point it seems a NR is warranted to update all investors. I found it strange that KWG's release seeking Noront shares was not responded to as well.  KWG must have been targeting

Grease , are you certain RCF is totally out  the Noront picture they are still recieving payment shares and they have a 1% NSR as per the MD&A.also Franco has a 1% GSR . Having NSR involves all Noront deposits and the day anything is mined by another miner if Noront defaults and like Cliffs sells for pennies on the dollar. My wife is and was a housewife. I BOUGHT INTO KWG PRIVATE PLACEMENT WHICH HELPED BRING FSDI GUYS TO canada, traveled with them and found i did not agree with kwg handling.
