What does this all mean?

Hold or not....or wait for more info to come?

The offer is conditional on acceptance by more than 50 per cent of the Noront common shares, excluding a small stake that BHP already owns.

So does this mean we get bought out regardless at whatever the accepted offer is PPS, or will the shares be converted to the new company......the fact that Noront are recommending shareholders accept the offer makes me think it is the first point, but at the same time also makes me think there will be a vote?

My guess why Noront wants to accept the offer is cause their valuation that is/was due in 3 days was within or under the 55 cent offer? Wheather Wyloo got BHP sucked in or not is nobody's guess or anybody's guess!!  Does seem like Noront is going Bye bye one way or another.  My next guess is no bidding war. The end is near(my opinion).
