I disagree. This is a brass ring if the new company is willing to include shareholders going forward. Why kill the golden goose? Think of your choices when they do become clear. Do you take the money now after the long wait, or wait a little longer and make this an investment of a lifetime? I hope to continue to hold my shares well into the future.

I agree with you but ceteris paribus... one's age is a consideration. It's been close to 15 years that I have been invested in NOT... I am now retired.... healthy...but only God knows when our time is up. Also...my average is much higher than most...when I bought in NOT was in the $2.50 to $3.00 per share range... so averaging down is quite a challenge. I need good reasons to sell which

automatically...the price per share should easily escalate into the 5 to seven dollar range...I may then sell half and hold the other half for my grandchildren.

Still one must put into prospective that this is no Voisy Bay and how to deal with KWG and everything they have. No denying that. If BHP deside to hell with Noront and partners with KWG. Then the Chromite will be running. No Voisy bay. NO.

My only question to you is, if BHP isn't willing to partner with shareholders of Noront, (surrender your shares for .55) what makes you think they will do exactly that with KWG?

What?! BHP is going to wrap themselves in a fuzzy Canadian flag and play nice with KWG? Because they're Canadian? Are you serious? BHP via the BOD strongly suggested on EVERY PAGE OF THE OFFER to surrender your shares for .55. Basically, thanks for your shares, now beat it. Do you REALLY think the BOD and BHP have done right by the shareholders?

If KWG and FN sign agreements for 50/50 partnership, yes I do believe that whom ever wants to work with or takeover KWG will play nice (or make it seem that way)
