lou64, the FIRST thing I like to look at with stuff like you are sending out for our attention is the DATE. Soooooo...... the date of this news release was  6 MONTHS AGO. Now  YOU could be right, I could be wrong. THE LITTLE BIT that I understand Is the difference between an injunction that is being SOUGHT And that very same injunction actually (but not yet) being granted. When

That is where the judge at the end of trial will enforce if believed there is wrong doing or hardships and I believe Noront's management which enjoys cherry picking news releases will again opt out of releasing ... Hoping no one connects ...  They seem to have a track record of choosing NOT posting news that is relevant !!! Like their Senior Geo man hitting the road and the company says
