This started at the of May with Wyloo offer that Noront management wouldn't give the time of day (rejected ) ... Wyloo turned up the heat on management and received a change of heart at the end of August 30 th ... By September the 6 th Management finally made public the PROPOSAL was agreed on... They deleted the standstill protocol and denounced the poison pill for shareholders ...more
