Using the 4% termination fee rule, Wlyoo's proposed loan would be enough to cover a $23M termination fee - or a bid of ~$1.03 (based on 563M shares). 563M * 1.03 * 4% = $23M. So Monday, Wyloo comes in at $0.98, and then Tuesday BHP shoots Twiggy another nickel. :-) Hobbit Thanks Hobbit - O YAYA  GO NOT GO
