Why aren't people buying shares right now at $1.07 when Wylo is going to pay us 1.10 per share?

I believe Wyloo's attempt to buy all the shares at $1.10 is not a certainty. Furthermore, I don't think they will get the votes come March. To skew the votes in Wyloo's favour, certain events have occurred (guarantees). A loan was established to provide Wyloo additional shares over time should they not gain control (1st guarantee). What do you think would happen to the loan in the

Just a guess, but if you want your $1.10 you'll have to tender you shares to the company when required and then have nothing going forward.

Hopefully everyone made out pretty good on this regardless. I recouped my investment already and will hold my remaining shares going forward speculating a bigger payoff. Some don't want to park their cash and I get that. Will it be bigger going forward, I don't know for sure, it's a crapshoot any way you look at it.
