BHP's offer expires today
Let's see what today brings. BHP's offer to buy shares ends today. Is Noront under any obligation to disclose how many share BHP owns? Is BHP considered a minority shareholder? Hopefully we get a clear understanding of how many share they currently own.

The only thing BHP is doing is returning the tendered shares that they sucked shareholders in for. If they hold any shares following they will use them to play against Wyloo - if Wyloo should get approved by the upcoming vote. Stay tuned - she's still singing - O YAYA $$$$$ GO NOT GO !-))
