It is simple, if you sell your shares and it ends up being over 20% of the share holdes sell, Wyloo takes all the shares with the squeeze play. There will be no share to purchase in the future.

Does not matter about your couple of thousand shares ... company insiders bought their options to DUMP them back to Dr. Forrest with giving him those options just help him one more step to say BYE BYE to the common shareholder for a mere 25 cents ???
