Sell, vote No, buy again after
Here's an option that some of you may consider. Sell now at 1.07. As most of you were shareholders on January 31, you have the right to vote whether you own the shares or not by March 11th. Consider buying back after the vote. What will Noront be worth should Wyloo control 50% but less than 80%??? The loan will be enforced and dilution will commence. The $1.10 will be off the table. Fair market value will be assessed on the share price. If Wyloo controls 81%, you get squeezed out at $1.10 anyway. Just an opinion. Make your decision based on your own conclusions.
