If we all just vote no on the proposed recommendations then the value of the stock will stay the same unless there is some kind of mass sell off. And who would do that considering this stock has gone up over 200%? Just vote NO.

I mean Wyloo might sell but I highly doubt it whether they have full control of the company or not.
