QR codes for Voting

Can anyone tell me in layman's terms what the 2 voting options mean.  I have a received a paper from Noront with a QR code which gives me 2 options to vote.  Please explaine each option.

First question is asking if you are for or against the plan, meaning the transaction between Wyloo and Noront.  Second question is asking if you are for or against Wyloo getting paid in cash for the interest on the loan in lieu of cash if cash is not available for the payment.  I am not an expert by any means, barely understand myself, so please do not take my word as gospel truth.

Do you really think you or any other beneficial shareholders votes matter ?????  Your dreaming - no need to waste your time with this lame takeover --- Get your $1.10 and enjoy investing in some other entity that has nothing to do with FN or the likes.  Nickel now @ $100,000 / ton and Wyloo's offering Noront $500 Million - sad !-(((  Our Management cares only for themselfs - sad

Don't agree Wheels. The world leaders are "wagging the dog" at the moment and with so much going on, who really knows what the objective is? Oil production is good but not not for us, nickel production is good but not for them, throw a war into the mix and an imminet presidency change in the US, and you have "Wag The Dog".
