C0ckster it is obvious you are a day trading pumper after reading your posts. I doubt $1.75 as it is aprox a 60% premium.... Who pays that....

 

"Target takeover price right now would be $1.75. End of 2012 would be in the $2.50 range if production comes in around their estimates"

waffe, I am not a day trader, I agree with cookster with regard to his valuation estimates based on the worth of RPL and production growth for 2012. You are correct on the $1.50 their will be a mass exit me included.  You don't think Management is thinking the same thing if they get a offer around that price. I bet cookster will be out at $1.40 and still pumping the price to $1.75 until he has all his shares sold! LOL Have good weekend boys!

It should be ! If a company has good growth potential  why would they " Sell Out " for less then 50% premium . that is just nearsightedness and frankly dumb as sh??.. you sell the milk NOT the cow  . Most of this M & A is BS ! think about it !!
