Eric Nuttall on BNN

As I watched Eric on BNN last night, one thing I observed is he's now preaching how Oil & Gas Companies should be paying a dividend.

A year ago he absolutely said he was not interested in companies that paid a dividend, becuase it could limit growth. He questioned companies like TBE and ESN starting a dividend and said it was a bad move. He had no interest in the Crescent Point model. Now it's his Top Pick.

Now he's even stating that companies like NVS start paying a dividend. Wow, what a brainiac. I don't necessarily disagree, but what a change.

I've been following his comments for years. He is the ultimate pumper and dumper. Take his advice with a grain of salt!

i agree with you. Just because a kid is brilliant and works incredibly hard - he is/does both - guarantees nothing in this business. I think he needs another decade of experience and a few more full economic cycles to work through.  As far as CPG - I just don't want to own a company that issues so much equity so often. Re a dividend,  it would be better than buying back shares..at $1.2 m per year you could get .75% which is half of CNQ at 1.5%.

Who would trust someone who looks 12 and doesnt need to shave?  Are you guys serious?  The only reason this kid gets exposure is because he works for Sprott, otherwise he'd be working a cubicle somewhere.  Do the opposite of Nutters as whatever "picks" he has he's looking to sell to some of the Sheep that watch BNN.
