Counterintuitive.  Do you think something is up with the following stoks also and not good (NVS high 1.10 now 0.95): BNK.  High 2 weeks ago.  3.20 .  now 2.70.   MEI High 2 wks ago 3.20.  noe 2.60.   PPY. High 2 wks ago. 10.40.  now 9.40.  LRE. high 2 weeks ago 4.40.  now 3.86.  PXT.  high 2 wks ago 6.20.  now 5.14.

BNK dont follow. MEI over priced, watch out for steep declines.  Also looking internationally for foothills type reservoirs and may not be as focused on the canadian ops.  fair market value $2.25 PPY going to be bought and someone is making a position.  I will be buying into this if it breaks $9 LRE Fair market value. Management sold off one of their best assests.  Meaning
