First Energy

Involved with the "Special Commitee" is selling today. Corruption at its finest once again in the markets. When the "news" is announced I hope you all complain to the IIROC.

Boo whooo .  Thats is some retail seller, The commitee isnt selling. I am liking the fact that the share price has bumped up a couple cents on big trades.  My guess is the stock will hover in this .85 - .95 till Novus annouces a change in management. Eye on the prize it takes time to sell a 3oo million dollar asset.

Change in management???  Do you mean as in a new management as a result of a company buying or do you think that the current management would get repaced without the company selling?

counterintuitiv   Just wondering why you think its retail selling, it's a bit strange for this house to start selling -- over 250,000 shares.   Thanks

well in the oil patch typically when a company hits production of 5000 bbls of oil they need to decide to sell or grow.  This case Novus is about 3300bbls stable and maybe 3500bbls of oil stable after Q1 ops.  The Novus management needs to sell to a new management team that can take it to the next level.  A plausable plan I think is to use the Viking Cash to ...more

I cant look at just 1st energy and one day of trading I have to look at the big picture (time). Canaccord buys 297,000 shares today.  They are the biggest holder of Novus on my records. bought 11.7 million shares since Nov 20th .  First energy bought 179,000 and sold 292 688 shares since nov 20. big big difference.  First energy is acting on a retail investors behalf, they ...more

https://www.firstenergy.com/page.php?p_id=6&page_type=1 You should call them and see if you can open a trading account. You pay like $80 a trade with them.

You can not only open an account there but you can pay much more than $80. Very common in full service shops.

I did call, and they are only involved with institutional investing services. https://www.firstenergy.com/page.php?p_id=6&s_id=70&page_type=34
