Maybe NVS ask too much. There are  about   90,000  boepd  currently  for  sale  in  Western Canada, do not forget this. This is why M&A activity has dropped a lot  during the last months.

Do  you  remember  BIR (Birchliff) ? BIR  was also asking too much  back in  2012  and  finally they  could not find any suitor. Maybe,  this  is  the  case  for NVS  too.
