What's the lowest price Novus will accept?

I believe the sale will close, the only question is what's the least Novus will/can accept?

regardless of the amount of of any bid put forward the company should / would  be obliged to  notify shareholders  .even  what most might consider a lowball bid would , if nothing else , move the shareprice up to that level and force any other bidders  to come forward ????
