I'm told release y'day didn't include that the assets it bought are 'non-operating'? is that true?

That would suggest that Novus' value is greater than we figured.

I've been saying that all along.  There is more to the value of any company than the oil production.  Now the question is what is that worth, we aren't getting that info from the company. But more important, the company is only worth what the market is will to pay for it.  Now are we desperate enough to sell before we realize or get the price it is worth?

What would be the value of the company telling you that it's worth $400 million.  How would that change your view of the situtation? Never, ever has a company come out to say that their advisors valued the company at X and that they're going to look for someone to pay them X or X plus Y.   It would be counterproductive and not in the best interest of shareholders.  The ...more
