For those hoping the deal fails...

A cautionary note to all who want to see a failed process - look at Pinecrest Energy.  After their process failed late last year, it was back to "business as usual" but look at the share price...this is normally what happens after a failed process.  Be thankful that NVS manged to find someone who would bid!
