Morgan Stanley buying at $1.18

Any idea why Morgan Stanley is buying at this point in time ?

I assumed it was just rounding from 1.175 it doesn't make much sense to be buying at 1.18. Not much volume but still strange. I didn't see anything related to a working capital adjustment on closing. I am just holding tight waiting for the 1.18 hopefully this month.
