Napec announces acquisition and financing

https://www.napec.ca/en-CA/gpc/_media/Document/cp-2016-11-03-en.pdf

Deal priced at a premium to market... no wonder the shareprice tanked this morning!

Wouldnt be surprised if the financing is severely hung and we see a repricing in the coming days.

It think there won't by any repricing since it's a bought-deal. They explain this better than me: https://www.investopedia.com/terms/b/boughtdeal.asp

Even in a bought deal, the underwriters can do what is typically called a clean-up sale, where they will sell the shares at a discount to the offering price in order to get it off their books. Obviously NAPEC would still get them same amount of $$, but this allows the underwriters to reduce their liability.
