I heard rumour of a rollback so I sold....

Anyone have an idea on a rollback? If so how severe? It does have over 600 million shares outstanding. Imo... glta

There's definately a RS in the works, but with news like this (and upcoming releases) it won't hurt the SP. Reducing the share count will be beneficial for all investors and the company.

Here is the reverse split info.  1:5 to 1:10 approved at the AGM and when they want.  I don't think this hurts them now unless they use it to raise a bunch more cash  https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/news/nextsource-materials-announces-results-2020-223000848.html

Thanks for the link repap_nb,  I don't expect another PP until phase 2 at the earliest to buffer the financing, and that's a hard maybe. IMO it would be worth it. I'm open to an argument to the contrary.

My thinking is the same.  Sir Mick has his whole investment already paid for 3x so I assume they will wait until it is strategic.  I have to assume the discussion with Sir Mick only happened after the AGM.  Ie they would not have needed to put the reverse split language there if they knew he was going to invest in them.
