COral Takeover is a real winner

I have been a coral god shareholder for a long time. This is a golden acquisition for this new royalty company. Lots on prospective ground in the Cortez belt beside the Robertson property too. I will probably continue as a NSR shareholder after the deal closes. My only fear with royalties trusts is them overpaying for assets; I don't think NSR did that with Coral.

@ schocor, I just discovered Coral gold in May, and took a first stake  then. I own 700 shares of Coral gold , and, I will receive  $ 35 cash, 560 shares  Nomad  and 280 warrants of Nomad . Is this a correct  view?

That is exactly how my understanding of this deal would play out for someone owning 700 shares.

Wow, then I better buy more Coral, especially for the warrants, 1.71 is not that far out of the money. Will the warrant get is own trading license?

My guess would be that the warrants would be "free trading" - meaning they could likely trade as NSR.WT. This is usually how it works. Even with the run up to $1.14 today, there is still a bit of a trading discount on the coral shares vs the NSR shares. 1.71 is not that far out of the money - and times are weird - but in my experience the warrants that you get with a deal like this are
