Netco Energy Inc. has appointed Paul Andreola as a director of the company, effective April 28, 2011.
PaulAndreola has over 20 years of business development and financialmarkets experience including senior management, marketing andcommunications roles for early stage companies. Previously in hiscareer, Mr. Andreola was a licensed investment adviser for over 10years, and has facilitated and financed multiple early stage private andpublic companies in the resource and technology sectors. Mr. Andreolais the co-founder of both MDU Communications Inc., a provider of premiumtelecommunications services, and Destiny Media Technologies Inc., aleader in digital media distribution. Mr. Andreola has served on theboard of, and in advisory positions to, several public and privatecompanies.
