Feasibility study due now March-Apr (was Feb-Mar) $35 mill (Bill last indicated $30m) to be borrowed  Production would start Dec 2020 or 2021 She didn't say it but as they're already hiring, doing other prep, there must be another PP coming soon.. Curent structure <<----Placeholder Shares Issued and Outstanding 156,833,720 Stock Options  ...more

The changes do not perturb me. With 5.5 million options well out of the money, a PP of 10 milion  at .50 would not disrupt the univers. Was she talking production or just first pour? in either event,  this is a good project, well supported by YK govt, and with great potential. All good for me!

They'll probably do a "small"  PP with a lot of new warrants until the $35 mill is borrowed.
