3 Aces Sale
At time of 3 Aces sale, there was some poster criticism of the sale price and of the Sheriffs for "giving it away" (my words). T.SEA was then selling for approx. $13.00 CAD. Adding in the cash payments and the value of the small nsr, the price totalled approx. $5 million CAD. Assuming the 300,000 shares of T.SEA is still held, at its current price of $25.27, the sale price, including increased nsr value due to gold price increase, is at least $9 million CAD. Considering the huge capex to further drill and bring 3 Aces to production, I would not call that "giving 3 Aces away". That is, of course, not even considering the present Brewery Creek cash needs. I think the Sheriffs are fulfilling their mandate. Goldsoldat
