Delayed reaction

It seems that the market has a delayed reaction to news recently. The announcement today provides additional confidence that the resource will expand and provide ore for several years beyond the current estimate. I noted that PDM made a very positive announcement on the 19th and it took two days for the import to sink in with the market. I am looking for a reaction on Thursday 28th to this news. So load up now and enjoy the ride.

A relatively common compound and one that has solutions ( no pun intended). But I agree it needs to be addressed in any environmental submission. The byproduct can be sold.
