Worrying here that the BFS isnt done. The biggest problem right now imo is how it is in terms of IRR. Last time Bill spoke of it it had been substantially improved.

Well no, we have not seen the BFS yet.  The delay is why it is at historic lows  - fear of a bad one - or fear that Bill will just get rid of it now to focus on EU.V
