0.0054 oz gold (CAD$12) in the ground for sale at CAD12cents. Suppose mining costs take away 70%, so that means net CAD$3.60 for sale at CAD12 cents.

1million oz of pure gold = CAD$2.26 billion The production facility and costs are unknown yet. But since some existing facilities are constructed, I suppose it should not be too high.

CAD$25million mine on sale, value could be $100million. Containing at least CAD$1billion gold, construction cost and permitting maybe only CAD$400 million.
