Yes, what's important is Li is proven and will be the key in any chemistry. The production should be verstile and tailor to the specific market demand. By the way, AAL is taken out by ORL. Nice to see some consolidation in the player space.

The ORL/AAL deal is good for both, since ORL is already the largest SH of AAL, about 37%, and ORL is also has 25% of the ownership of AAL's project. As I said a few times, we need NEWS! tiger

Without POSITIVE NEWS, the gain of our share price will be evaporated, like today, -13.5%. tiger

Totally agree , higher lithium price should be the primary trend mover for the stocks and it's quite good to see them that strong while the price only flattened... But uncertainties comes with Covid-19. The 2021 forecast for true uptrend looks possible after everythings done and nlc construction starts! That's the new highs time i think... H1 2021?

Since the demand is 300,000 tonnes and supply is 360,000 per year, inventories are building up. The demand/supply balance is not going to occur until 2025-2026 at least a half a dozen reports show so it would be odd if you thought the bottom was in for NLC this year or next.

Cobalt free batteries would be cheaper and more ecological and ethical. However, car would need bigger batteries. On one hand, it will limited use, larger vehicles, like trucks and SUVs will be more appropriate; at the same time larger batteries = more need for Li In general, Li-ion tech is still young and we will, probably see a major improvement a year for next 20 years or so.
