No Financial Statements in Nearly 6 Months?

What's going on with NLC? They haven't produced a quarterly or annual statement in nearly 6 months. I went to SEDAR.

I'm afraid they are hiding how bad things really are, how little cash they actually have left, and won't find a partner before they go bankrupt.

I want them to succeed, but these are not good signs.

NLC is losing nearly the entire share price in the loss taken in EPS (diluted). Scary https://www.wsj.com/market-data/quotes/CA/XTSX/NLC/financials/annual/income-statement
