yesterday , there was an interview with Carlos and it's gonna be a big year for NLC. One might expect to conclude the financing as close as Q2 before the FS, so I understand.

One of the main objectives is to build the ponds this year. Their goal is to be in production in 2023.

The capex and opex should not change much with the FS.

Financing before FS is quite possible, CATL representative is part of the board now. CATL would not care about formalities, as soon as engineering firm confirm the PFS result the representative can nod to financing. EIA is not on hand, yet, but I am sure 6 moths is more than enough to get it. If 2023 is production, than LAC today si NLC's 2022. Assuming 30% future dillutioin and parity ...more
