Hope you are not L_NPV in disguise.  The issue price is $3.05 and its trading at $3.20. If you are intersted in buying, better not wait too long.  It only goes down to $2.8 if the deal is not closed until April 10th, 2021. Chances of that happening are very slim.

You might be right or might be wrong in share price prediction, but reason will be different from the stated one. LAC and NLC are surely similar because they are in the same industry and depend on Li price and demand expectations. However, they are in different stage of extraction development and that is a very big deal. NLC will accelerate production because of the new $, LAC is already 100

Hi Neo, I agree with you. Li is so hot and so much demand, there wouldn't too much sell pressure.  Like LAC, ML, CRE, ETMC all increased their subscptions, LAC increased from 350 to 400 Millions, ML increased from 25 to 30 Milions, CRE increased from 10 to 15 millions, and ETMC increased as well. Like ML, the new equity offering is 4.00, right now it is 4.30, that's 7.5% higher
