Lithium vs hydrogen fuel cells

I've been following this board for a while and a current holder of a couple lithium juniors such as nlc. Lac. 

i was hoping some of the more knowledgeable posters could explain why hydrogen fuel cells won't over take lithium battery powered vehicles for future transportation use? Is the lithium play more for the near term like next 2-5 years? I want to be a long term holder but just thought it may be overtaken down the line.

I rarely see hydrogen fuel cells in the mainstream news despite its benefits. Is it just the storage and transportation cost of hydrogen that's holding back the hydrogen fuel cell mass adoption at this time? It appears Toyota and Honda are moving in that direction.

Curious what others may think. Thanks in advance.

I have read there are safety fears around hydrogen filling stations popping up everywhere. There were a couple of high profile explosions in South Korea. That said, I have read it is felt hyrdogen is more suitable for bigger vehicles, trucks, coaches etc. In short, there will be a place for both fuel systems. It is just felt the battery EV is more sensible for home/service station charging. What ...more
