Friday Night Reporting

Bad News is always reported after market close on a Friday Night.
Really Bad News is reported after Market close on a Friday Night of a long weekend.

Waldo and Board knew what they were doing with the timing of this news release...
they knew the Shareholders would be outraged...

Where's Waldo now? Gone with a lot of CASH. Shareholders were certainly short-changed.

The Canadian/US Governments may not allow China to close this deal. 
We will know a lot more soon.
