If our small investors are united together, then we can block this deal. I was involved in a deal between FCU and DML a few years back, our small investors were organized together against the deal, finally we won and the merger between the two companies did not go through. Stand together, we can win!!i

Amen Tiger, if we all vote no, (haven't spoken to one yes yet) we can start a bidding war.....between the shareholders and Zijin. CATL is involved in this whole mess I'm afraid, offtake agreements between these two parties decided upon long ago, a DFS that we'll never see (gee I wonder why) payoffs to NLC brass....it's blatantly obvious what's happened here.
