Dfs

Any reason why they wouldn't still release the the report they were supposedly working on? Wouldn't that still be the best thing to do?

I'm quite positive the original DFS will never surface. If it had come out before Zinjin made a PUBLIC offer the sp would have skyrocketed, not in Zinjin's interest to pay another 1/2 Billion when I'm sure it only cost them tens of millions to pay off Waldo( The Smiling Assassin) and his entourage. CATL is in on this too I think, securing early cheap off takes by going along with this ...more

Yea ok bummer... that's kinda what I was thinking, just seems a bit obviously scamy to not release it especially with the timing of when it was supposed to be released..

Hey can you explain this to me? Will this hurt the stock price?
Comment by Greektome on Oct 13, 2021 11:44pm
Yes it's destroyed the share price, you'll now get 6.50 instead of 20$ plus.

The new DFS will show at least $1.5 billions NAV, if using the $15,000/tone lithiumm carbonate price, if NLC release it, and the $6.50/share is just too low! 3Q is a very unique, valuable, life change investment. I am so sad to see it is given away so easily. As Greektom said it is easy to be $20+ stocks. Can you find another NLC?  The answer is NO. tiger

Made some calcualtion. Assuming 20% tax and roaylty rate (and I've been generous considering 30 years favorable rate agreement), with 15K/tonne DFS will show 1.75B new NPV This is only assuming 20K production, no expansion. 40K production with 3K OPEX and 1K/year cost of CAPEX (now I assume waste, mismanagement, and massive alchoholism), NLC' NPV over 20 years with 15K pricing is 3.5B ...more

Hi neo, Thanks for the calculation. In my knowledges, there is NO other project which can match 3Q project's quality, it is a life time oppurtunity, and that's why I put ALL my TRUST in NLC's management.  By the end of day, NO ONE in the Western World has the vision like the Chinese do, that's why we will depend on them FOREVER. SO SAD, although I made a good money on NLC ...more

Ver succinctly put, Greekto me. You read the entire situation correctly. Releasing the DFS would have been great for the shareholders and very bad for the Chinese offer. They would have to pay a lot more, and Waldo wouldn't have collected whatever he was promised by the new buyer...
Comment by neosceptic on Oct 15, 2021 12:47pm
Obviously, Waldo and management team want get $ and go home. Institutional investors' managers will post great "realized profit" and get bonus. Releasing DFS would attract tons of attention and possible if not probable bidding war. All managers, inst. and us retail investors would win.  I would expect $9/share.  However, we do not see what is going on behind the scene ...more

So on point neo. Tbh I really suspect that Catl has had their guy on the board since last year just for scoping out what this project is all about, wether or not it goes to them directly doesn't matter. As long as the supply comes to China then they're happy ..
