I really hate these finance deals. Always under value the stock and screw shareholders.

The other way to look at this, is these bought deals give everyone an opportunity to get in at a discount.  I personally use this strategy for most venture stocks.  I added 1/3 position today at $1.17

You hate when the small cap Company that you have invested in gets a huge boost to its balance sheet, which increases the prospects of it funding its business plan and becoming a successful Company?  Sure, the stock price can come down for a few days, but for the medium and long-term it is an incredibly positive development.
