After this raise closes Numinus will have just shy of $70m in the bank, zero debt, generating trickle revenue.

We are so well positioned it's unbelievable. I cannot wait for the next push past $2 once we start making moves with the money. I have all the confidence in Payton and Dr. Evan Woods. Dream team over here.

Not sure who is selling at these levels but it makes no sense. Buckle up guys and gals, it's about to get real.

I would not be surprised if they had a pipeline of deals lined up, which is they went out and raised the capital. Only time will tell but I believe in this management group to deploy in value accretive deals. GLTA!!!!!!!
