With ATAI IPO incoming, the shroom sector has eyes on it again. I’m expecting to see an uptick in volume across the sector for the legit shroom companies.
Identifying which are legit can be challenging but I think I found one upcoming IPO that will stand out from the rest - Levitee Labs = $LVT.
Before I say anything else, they are profitable. Through accretive M&A they have established a portfolio of cash flow assets with 2021 rev = $16.6M and EBITDA $3M.
This may be the worlds first psychedelic company with significant rev and cash flow.
On top of that, their cap structure is extremely tight with only 75M shares out and more than half owned by management and insiders that are locked up with selling restrictions.
Current valuation estimated at $37M mc ... I don’t see it staying that low for long.
