What is the value of this deal?

I am very confused as to what the acquistion price will be, because if it's still appx. $26.2mil, how does this math work out?
NUMI offering/making available 63mill shares for NM's appx 75mil would equal .84 of NM's shares for new NUMI shares
NUMI now at .$0365 x .84 = $0.31 NM value and NM closed today at $0.25 which would make the value of this deal at almost $19mil.

How is NM getting value from a proposed acquision of $26.2mil and the day of approval closing at $19mil ????????    Isn't this a $7mil loss?

Hello Yvrean,  You are correct that every NM shareholder is getting 0.84x NUMI share for each one of their NM shares. In the end it won't matter which price the NM shares were trading at. What'll matter from now on is how wel NUMI shares hold. If it's $0.365 a piece, then NM shareholders are getting $23M worth at this current time, but things will evolve with time. I personally

Novamind shares are now Numinus and Numinus shares keep loosing value and Novamind shareholders cannot make trades to get out of this holding because Numinus could not be bothered to make this share swap available for the 13th. What bothers me more than all of this is there is no other shareholder voicing their concern other than me. Is everyone too stoned to care? Perhaps the SEC would like to
