Recent Trading Activity & No response from NVCN??

no news release..
seems someone knows something...
someone leaked something...
does not look good for the ceo if news comes out from company which is negative...
low share price with heavy volume indicates that there may be negative news floating somewhere...
so who leaked and what was leaked, was there anything leaked,,,, is there any news...
what's happening,,,, silence from management.... if it is bad news and material news .... and if it has not been released and with so much trading activity constitutes a breach ....
comment from management on trading activity...arent they supposed to release some sort of news release...regardless of negative or positive outcome,,,,if it is material it should have been released by now...due to all these heavy RECENT TRADING ACTIVITY
so many questions....Come on management ...what's happeninig.....IIROC anyone....

Try looking at the date the Company's recent share price gapped down, which is Nov 10. Titled: Neovasc Announces US$65 Million Underwritten Offering of Units Consisting of Common Shares and Warrants To Purchase Common Shares and Concurrent Private Placement of Notes and Warrants. There were also other matters regarding litigation from which 42m of the 65m will be used to settle its debt

the fact that management today only released news on when the financials will be released (i.e March 28, 2018) signifies there is no material news.  https://web.tmxmoney.com/article.php?newsid=8165608644982610&qm_symbol=NVCN it also signifies if there was indeed material news and they did not disclose it, is grounds for IIROC investigation in my oinion. I doubt that is the case. The downturn corresponds with the copyright infringement litigation. Once the sell off began, it essentially snowballed or panic selling what ever you want to call it. If you read through the NR's you'll make sense of what is happening. Neovasc has since settled its issues, but is now poised for Corporate restructuring. If you listen to the Q&A at the end of
