Vote No To Stock Split - Here's Why...

I bought 10,000 shares at $4.00 and now its at $0.05. Now Fred CEO wants a stock split? There is no incentive for long investors. Vote no to stock split. If this tanks again after a stock split, will Fred ask for another stock split? Perhaps the company is forced to get bought out. This has a better incentive to investors.

He is looking to bring the remaining warrants and notes thru ammendments with having a more appealling less diluted share structure. Neovasc needs the U.S. market for the following reasons as is outlined in today's NR:  Consequences of a failure to effect a reverse stock split and remain on ...more

If the company chooses to do a 100 to 1,that would make our share price approximately $5 or so. Who the hell is going to start buying tat those levels? You'll see a bit of buying but the sp will suffer in a short amount of time in my opinion. Many people don't like to buy stocks at a higher price, despite the market cap. Plus, $5 has a lot of downside as well.. So I think a reverse split ...more
