News Release after hours.

Did it to you again egh??. Monday this stock will be flipped on NASDAQ, if it moves at all, then Tuesday after the holiday things will be the same. The news isn't that great. NVCN is collaborating with Penn to fulfill a legal obligation and now has to pay Penn royalties for any future tiara sales?? How is this positive News? Did Penn invest $$ or just drop the law suit? Maybe Penn figured you can't sue and actually collect from a broke company. Who knows. But this doesn't seem positive to me....

A company or companies interested in a partnership or BO do/does not want to be ladened with claims and lawsuits. This NR resolves that uncertainty IMO. Good ole housecleaning.
