I respectfully think you have this backwards. NM shares will be exchanged for 0.84x NUMI shares. NUMI has seen a range of 44 cents to $1.25 in the past year, and there's reason to believe that synergies + extra revenue will not please shareholders (Thus pull NUMI up). I think that's the problemn as NUMI will trade down to .42 as that'll be the 0.84NUMI shares to value this at .36 exactly where it is right now. There is a price to the value of this purchase and the higher NUMI shares are, the higher the price. I don't think they'll let that happen. I believe NM will stay at .36 and NUMI will go down to .42
