A good old fashioned swindling is what this is. The lower NUMI share price is, the lower this transaction deal becomes. Nice manipulation of share price since April 12 announcement for $26.2 mil or $0.44/share to become a $24 mil deal at about $0.31 is where this will close tomorrow.

appx 78mil NM shares at $0.30 todays price = $23.5mil

NUMI share price $0.37 x .84 = $0.31 NM share

April 12 closing price NUMI $0.48 NM $0.355

Novamind shares are now Numinus and Numinus shares keep loosing value and Novamind shareholders cannot make trades to get out of this holding because Numinus could not be bothered to make this share swap available for the 13th. What bothers me more than all of this is there is no other shareholder voicing their concern other than me. Is everyone too stoned to care? Perhaps the SEC would like to ...more
